Our process includes these pivotal steps:

  • Make Rain will meet with you to compile an analysis of your business. We delve into understanding the position, culture, and what solution, or candidate, will solve the issue; as well as the Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s) for success
  • Then, we profile your Top 2 performers. We look for qualities and characteristics that facilitate their success.
  • After we thoroughly comprehend your needs, we turn our focus to sourcing candidates
  • All acceptable candidates are pre-qualified for minimum requirements in Initial interviews
  • Of those candidates that move through the initial pre-qualification, we then do a more extensive and rigorous interview to test for success, understand drivers, and match KPI’s to your business culture
  • Once a candidate is selected for presentation to you, Background Checks are performed with a guarantee of at least one check returned prior to submission
  • All candidates’ complete profiles are presented to you with interview availability

MAKErain Placement Programs available:

  • Engaged Search – 1/3 payment upon initiation of search, 1/3 due at 45 days, and final 1/3 of payment upon placement
  • Contingency placement option. This offering would provide for payment only upon selection and hiring of a candidate.
  • Pipeline program - Pre-screening and qualifying of business partner’s sales candidates at a set rate based on volume.
  • Sourcing by the hour – a flat fee service to outsource HR activities in recruiting
  • Contract placement – a flat fee option that secures qualified outsourced employees to work with your company for a set period of time, most often used in short term projects.
