About the Company:

Make Rain is founded on the premise that a person’s pursuit of happiness has a lot to do with his current livelihood. About the President:

Annie Daub serves MAKErain as President and CEO. She founded the company in August of 2007 with the goal of providing her clients with more than just another Sales rep to fill a seat, she strives to provide Top 5%’ers! She has risen to the top of many Sales organizations, many times as the Top 5% and spent her entire career in sales; as well as, Sales management for over 15 years. Most recently, she spent the last 8 years consulting and training on the art, process, and building of Sales organizations, even working as an outsourced Sales Manager at times!

Annie is an avid networker and serves on the board of Team Networking and Metro Area Professional Saleswomen, both premier networking organizations in the DFW area. She is passionate about her profession, attending two of the major Recruiting conferences each year. Annie enjoys cooking, volunteering, all outdoor activities, (particularly those involving her son), watching Football and other sports, and extensive travel. She is married and the mother of one son. Annie holds a degree in Business Management from the University of Texas at Dallas.
